Gill I'm-the-MD-but-still-make-the-tea Thorpe, FCIPS Gill has more years' experience in the business than she really likes to say (23 at last count) and as MD heads up her dedicated team. Her industry knowledge, coupled with an agency background, gives her a unique insight to all sides of the business. She is qualified in purchasing and supply chain management; sits on the CIPS council, is currently president of the BPMA – the industry's largest trade association – and also manages to find time to lecture at the Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM). Phew, no wonder she needs a cuppa. Becky there's-nowhere-I-won't-go Fleury As our Senior Account Director it falls to Becky to deliver on our promise to supply the high-quality bespoke solutions our customers have come to expect. She works directly with our Hong Kong office and liaises with all our international suppliers. And that can mean some serious globetrotting. Becky is IPM certified and is actively involved in their diploma course – ask nicely and she might just let you know what it is she looks for when marking their Project Management module papers. Just don't ask to see her passport photo. Debbie let's-have-a-chat Millis Debbie is responsible for Client Liaison and New Business, so it's likely she'll be among the first of our team you'll really get to know. She makes sure all our clients – both new and existing – are completely happy with the service we provide and is always happy to have a chat about how we can do more to develop your business. Make sure you've got her number on speed dial. Grant new-kid-on-the-block Geary Grant might be our new Account Manager but he’s an old hand at juggling the demands of successful sourcing. He’s worked in the industry for 10 years and in that time he’s accrued the kind of fantastic sales, account management and purchasing experience that makes him a perfect fit for our team. He’ll be your day-to-day contact so will soon become a familiar face.
