We are looking for a driven individual who has entrepreneurial spirit and sales leadership, with the ability to develop and grow our current sales operation based in South London. This individual will be skilled in motivating others and have experience in managing a portfolio of major clients, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and excellent key account management skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a really driven individual, ideally with a good understanding of marketing and key account development. The requirement process will include a pitch to a panel including clients of The Sourcing Team.

Account Manager – Promotional Merchandise
The Sourcing Team are looking to grow their client service team. We are looking for an Account Manager – with minimum 2 years’ experience working in a merchandise or sourcing company. We are looking for stand-out people who can really build great client relationships and deliver both on their monthly targets and service excellence.
We’ll expect you to win, manage and develop major accounts. You will need to have natural spark, be a likeable character with a skill to negotiate and win client contracts. We want motivated and ambitious people who really care about taking exceptional care of their clients. You will be joining an established company that absolutely stands out for buying ethically, managing compliance and leading the way in sustainability.

A great role for a someone with at least one year’s experience in the promotional merchandise sector. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in client service and sales. Working with a fun and lively team, you will manage client enquiries through to sales orders. You will need to be hardworking, self-motivated and driven to succeed. We will expect candidates to have great communication skills (written and verbal) and be excellent at building relationships.
